Steel Gratings.
Mild steel gratings, usually galvanised, are the most common gratings for the majority of grating applications. The material can be high grade to give extra strength for a given situation.
Aluminium Gratings
Aluminium gratings has a high load carrying capacity, low weight and good rigidity. Making it suitable for sun screening, facade coverings, staircases and ceiling panels. When combining the high resistance to corrosion and adding the anti-slip serrations Aluminium grating becomes ideal walkway grating and stairtread for harsher industrial environments.
Stainless Steel Gratings
Stainless steel gratings are produced in both 304 grade and 316. The finishes can be either pickled or polished both of which give excellent durability against many aggressive substances and are therefore often used in chemical applications, breweries, swimming pools and sewage treatment works.
GRP Gratings & Composite Gratings
GRP gratings combine the structural advantages of steel gratings and the particular physical characteristics of fibreglass. GRP gratings are corrosion resistant, fire resistant, highly durable and ultra-lightweight. They are quick and cost-effective to assemble and can even be made non-slip.

SP type - the twisted bars take over the roll of the cross bars and are pressed into the bearing bar under high pressure and are simultaneously welded by resistance welding. Typically used for many industrial flooring applications.
